The simplest way (it's actually very easy) to find your life path number is to write down your birthdate. You are taking all the numbers in progression and simplifying them into a single digit number with the exception of 11 and 22. If you were born on February 12, 1971 do the following:

-Calculate the month: It is 2 as February is the second month of the year. If it was December for instance you would take 12 as 1 + 2 and it would add to 3.

-Then calculate the day into a single digit number: 12 is 1 + 2 = 3

-Take your year 1971 and add those numbers up: 1 + 9 + 7 + 1 = 18 

-Since 18 is a two digit number add 1 + 8 + 9

-Take those single digit numbers: 2 + 3 + 9 = 14

-Lastly take 14 and add the 1 + 4 = 5 This is your numerology number...
